Idle iac question
So I have the Idle bouncing problem that we always hear about and I can't find any vacume leaks but I have a couple of questions.
How do I check the IAC
What are the signs of a bad map sensor
and how do I chack the map sensor.

disconnect the iac with the car running, idle should be abourt 450 - 500 if not turn the screw on the throttle body to bring it to spec.. then turn the car off, remove ecu fuse to clear code. plug in iac. restart and check

I had the same problem. I thought it was the IACV too but I took my throttle body off and there was something rattling inside it. It was my fast idle valve that is mounted under the throttle body. You have to adjust the valve inside of it I think. My valve wasn't even screwed in. I don't know how the ---- it came out. I'm thinkin the last speed shop must of been messing with it cause they said they fixed the problem and they did but it started up again. Well hope this helps.

PS to who ever posted that write up, THANK YOU I just printed the entire thing and will be try ALL OF THOSE in the late spring
