Re:Crank pulley bolt.
when I took mine off it was a 2 person job, one to stick a screwdriver into the teeth of the flywheel (my engine didnt' come with a cover for it, so if you happen to be under my car with the engine running watch your fingers) and one to stand on the ratchet to get the bolt loose. tightening was the same idea.

Re:Crank pulley bolt.
I made my own Honduh special tool....my crank pulley has a lot of holes so i just took a long iron stick and welded 2 round stick on it measured from one hole to another in on the crank pulley...I had a spare crank pulley in the shed for measurments and i just put it in place and let it lean on the ground and take a old torque wrench and it comes of lik butter.

1. Good Impact Wrench
2. Propane Torch
3. Lotsa patience
I saw Bone post that pic like a year or two ago, don't know if thats his . Anywho, I did that Honduh tool with the screws thru the holes bolted to a handle & cracked the pulley into pieces. Then I went and bought an Impact wrench & the rest is history. We'll see what happens when I do my head swap.
