Re:B16 swap in, and it ran (past tense)
well I had the distributor ignition module checked and it's good. I had the battery recharged and the engine cranks faster it just doesn't start. I don't see any shorts in any of the wiring I did for the conversion. I don't know what the ---- could have happened between tuesday night and wednesday morning.
I didn't try push starting the car because I think it's dumb, but the next time I'm there I'll try it just to rule one more thing out.
another problem, but it's completely unrelated to to wiring or car not starting:
when I was tightening my oil drain bolt it was geting hard to tighten then it got real easy and not it won't go in or out, it just spins. what should I do about that?

Jesus christ man, you don't have the best of luck do you?
You're going to have to fix the oil pan sooner or later. You should hope that it was just the bolt that stripped and not the pan, but that is not likely. You can tap it and try it again.
I guess getting the ------- car running is more important at this point, huh?

yep, I don't think you need to change the oil if the engine doesn't get any miles on it.
I need to find a civic or crx si to try my ecu in to see if it's fried or not. If it starts their car then I have other problems to worry about, and if it doesn't then I get to buy another one because I fucked it up. I can also run a zc with it can't I? since zc engines can run with pm6 ecus?

Re:B16 swap in, and it ran (past tense)
I didn't have a tranny ground when I had the d15 in and it ran, I didn't have a tranny ground on the b16 when it ran, all the other grounds are the same. no spark, I know there's fuel goin to the injectors because I uplugged the fuel input and had my brother turn the key to on and it sprayed all over. I don't know if the injectors are opening or not.

Re:B16 swap in, and it ran (past tense)
new plugs on what? what plugs?
I tried cranking it with the dizzy unplugged and then plugging it in and it didn't work, I tried push starting and it didn't even try, I tried making it throw a code by disconnecting my EACV and it wouldn't throw me any codes so I think the ecu got short circuited and died. I'm going to try putting it in someone's car with an si engine or zc and if it won't start their car either then I know it's the ecu. I'll also try putting on the integra distributor I have, I'll just have to put it back together first.
