steroids alternative....
If I could, I would probably take roids to bulk up a little and fast.
what should I take in place of them?
Ive heard: pump hard 1 time a day or light 2 times a day and...
-lots of tuna
-red meat and potatoes diet
-creatine
-eat alot of calories (good calories)
any sugestions. any supliments? i want to bulk up fast.
any exercises i should stick with, curals...etc.
I have also heard do it in the evening about 1 hour before dinner, and make sure you get a full good night rest...?
im sick of being a little skinney lookin' Marine.
no point in being 6'3" 190 lbs and have skiney arms, ya know.

My cousin uses that milkshake ----, seems to work.
All I did was eat normally, jog for an hour at 4 MPH and then lift for an hour.
I've heard its best to wake up, exercise, get a shower then go on with your day.
Talk to HotSex about it. He's the expert on this stuff. :P

i took adrostat when i used to work out and it gave me lots of strength and i would tear that oussy up too. it got me some muscle gain, i went from working out bench at 135pds to 195pds in 6months while i weighed 175. now i weigh 210 and have a belly cause i stopped working out and kept eating the same or more then when i used to work out.

you mean 3 times a week? what about the off time.
this is my point. i cant run right now. i messed my knee all up. i dont know what the ---- is wrong with it and neither do the docs.

on your off times just eat eat eat. and i occasionaly do push up and sit ups too and i like to run. trust me it will work if you do it right. if you need my help or want me to make a work out program for you i will
