on that little plan that you took. i was thinking about doing the meet and potato diet, and tuna. lots of protein and carbs. and i was also gonna get a general vitamen, like 1 a day. i dont have the money to spend on all of those supliments, and frankly, cant i get the same amount of protein and minerals and vitamins from a fre different vitamens?
isnt it true that the body only comsumes a certain amount of protein a day the rest is ---- out.

My workout:
Monday: Arms Upper Body (tri's, bi's, lats, pecs, shrugs, bench, power cleans)
Tuesday: Legs (power squat, toe raises, groin and dead lift)
Wednesday: Arms Upper Body
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Tris, bis, squat and shrugs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: FOX NFL!!!

I'm sorry man, but you have it all wrong. I know you said you have been working out for a while, and dont take this the wrong way, but your killing your body. You should work a muscle only once a week, not 3 Read up.

EEhhh its been good to me this far, havent had any problems. And I really dont have time to slack off, open tournaments SUCK if your not ready. My bench isnt good, but thats because I broke both my shoulders in HS and they are bad and come out, i only bend 265, my squat is nice, i been workin on legs more than usual after my shoulders, im squattin 580. the other stuff is in good range, im liftin to stay in shape and keep my muscles tuned, i'm not really tryin to get significantly stronger

dam, this ---- looks like it isnt as easy as it sounds.
pretty much everything i see requires suppliment shakes.
anyway around shakes.
tuna, vitamens, oils.
shakes are like $50 for a 20 day supply.
i would rather spend $.50 on a can of tuna and a little mayo and a peice of bread.
