im not sayin its to hard, its just all totally new to me. I have never been interested in building muscle until i joined the military. then i went to the gym and all of these built ******* and ----....it all intimidated me. not gonna lie. now im to the point where i say ---- it.

even when being forced to run 5 miles or whatever, you get pissed about it because someone is forcing you to do it. you never think to take 100% advantage of it. you just drink water because if you dont you get overheated and that just sucks. you dont think, hell, if i drink a shake afterwords, and eat the right meals, it would help me considerably.

fork, spoon, knife whatever the ---- your name is...
remeber the first time you looked under the hood of your car and you were like ----. check the oil, where is that? under the car?

yeah, thats pretty much where im at right now with this gettin built thing...

agreed, the first 2-3 wks is the toughes and you have to motivate yourself, but after that, you're body craves it. every in the past 4 years, i've quit working out about 4 or 5 times for months at a time (like a ------- idiot) and it's hard to get started again, especially after you see all your progress down the drain and feel like a newbie in the gym. i haven't been in 6 mos.

Same here. Been lifting on and off for almost 3 years. It's so hard to motivate yourself to go somtimes and you will have to take a week off, and it turns into a month, next thing you know you are a ------- poose agian. I'm just now starting to get back into my 4 month absence from the gym. I'm still a regular though
