Phi tau huh... Ya I was in a local frat that actually ALMOST turned into the Phi taus at CSU CHico when in the early 30s we were offered to "become" PKT... We stayed local, started IFC and the rest is history. Hard program, got the ---- beat out of us when we pledged... LOL.
