haha my bad i have a thread about bodybuilding as well for some reason i thought i was in mine... im no loser >:( >:( >:( golean crunch = cereal that tastes like cardboard

dont get your protein from carb foods. dont even bother counting it towards your daily totals. this is due to carb foods having poor amino profiles, basically the protein is pretty much useless from these
