Creatine = good
Whey = good fancy and expensive supps = mostly bullshit I agree with most of the stuff Infernal soul has said, and whey will be absored better/faster than ALMOST any other protein. thats why you take it after you work out it is absorbed quickly and it refills your glycogen levels. |

just eat clean. eat healthy ---- w/ alot of protein. using whey to supplement your diet wouldn't be as useful as eating fish, chicken, steak, etc. you would probably just piss it out. the only time i take whey protein is after working out, because it absorbs quickly into the body. after a good workout, i like to just let my muscles soak up the protein. other than post workout, eat regular meat. also, if you wanna bulk up like a ----------er and wanna have protein all the time, eat some fat free cottage cheese before you go to bed. that ---- is like pure protein. the reason i say before you go to bed is because the cheese protein is absorbed more slowly than almost any of the other proteins and will keep your body full of protein all night while your body regenerates.

just try to eat 6 times a day (which is really hard) and take whey protein drinks. I like myoplex from gnc they are good. Eat lots of meat like chicken, tuna, fish, and steak. I throw in carbs as well but my body can handle that. I dont take anything else but protien drinks I think creatine is just hype that just me. I rather get big naturally really.
