need help with food (protein)
well, i went to the local healthfood store, and i asked the tattoo'ed up lady for the protein ----. she was hot, but thats not the pint. so i was skimming through the ---- and i found something pretty good, so i looked at the proce. 40 BUCKS!!???? WTF??? so i looked around and decided to buy a protein shake in a can and take that, it was strawberry flavord. but once i started drining it, i almost didnt like it because it tasted like pepto. so i said ---- it and decided to look on the net for some info, all it gve me was how to fucken mix the expensive ---- with other expensive ----. i dont need that expensive ---- because i need money to keep my rx7 runing. lol.
any way, whats a good, home made protein shake that i can make right now, for hella cheap, withought adding expensive ----. i know dry skimmmed milk, and milk, and peanut butter and ---- is good, but i havent found anything on the net. hotrex, care to enlighten. |

i forget what it is called but there is some chocolate flavored powder that you mix with milk, and it tastes almost exactly like chocolate milk. you can get a huge ass container at wal-mart or whatever for a decent price.

eat about 2 or 3 tuna sand's a day and you will get pleanty of protein.
if you dont like tuna, get the cheap steaks at the grocery store. -throw those bitches on the foreman grill, or propane, or even in a skillet and you will be good. chicken. go to sams club and get yourself a "30 pack" of chicken breast. throw those fuckers on the foreman grill, and you will be good. the options are endless with chicken man. you can have anything with chicken. fried eggs are good to. |

i eat tuna.. in the end it's worth the 30 bucks for 3 pounds of protein mix.. i buy it it has like.... 90 servings... maybe hotrex can hook you up with some juice ;) ;) it dont taste like ----

yeah man you need to get a jug of whey protein powder. a 2 pound jug will last you at least a couple of weeks, and its even cheaper if you buy 5 lbs at a time. Bodybuilding.com has some good prices, if there is a vitamin shoppe near you they are pretty cheap, and don't go to GNC they are a rip off. and don't buy anything from a company called Muscle tech. designer whey protein is really cheap and tastes great. Optimum nutrition or ON 100 percent whey is also pretty good fr something cheap. But yeah if you want to work out and build muscle you need to eat a lot of protein. and its actually cheaper to buy a jug of powder with 40 servings of 30 grams of protein each, than to buy 100 chicken breasts.

Kaishi makes a decent Whey Protein meal replacement shake, that doesnt taste too bad, and runs about 8$ per a 16 serving can.
Its not a "Protein" drink, but a meal replacement drink, meaning it is vitamin enriched, and has lots of minerals, but the primary ingrediant is Whey protein. It wont have the same amount of protein as a dedicated Whey shake, but it does have 46% of your daily required protein Make sure you mix with milk and you have to mix it in a blender, if you mix by hand it wont mix well and it will taste like ----. Also when getting shakes, keep the flavors simple, vanilla or chocolate only, the more complex the taste, the worse it will taste |

yea, my friend gave some berry ---- protein, and it tastes like someone put a blueberry and a raspberry in my puke, and mixed it up.
like evryone said, get the whey protein, and then on top of that eat steaks, eggs and chicken. |

dont eat too much tuna, youll poison urself, tuna has a very high mercury content.. try pink salmon in a can, its just as yummy and has way less mercury.

you can't get big without spending some money, it's unavoidable. however, on the "you cant get big without spending money" part, that is 100% false. i know a boxer who ate nothing but tuna, salad, all natral food, (he pretty much stayed out of GNC) and he was pretty built. he wasnt "show quality" or anything but he was strong as ----. ;) and he was a broke mother fucker to. |

best protein you can have is human meat... The next best thing would be to have any meat... animal meat probably have enough protein than what you need. Just eat like a steak or 2 chicken breasts. Definately more than enough protein for you big guy.

like for a normal day this is what i eat.
breakfast - Milk and some oatmeal. inbetween - an apple Lunch - All wheat home made bread sandwitch with turky, mustard, lettuce, and cheeze. with a piece of fruit. Inbetween - a small snack of anything i can find dinner, i dont know, it depends. but thats about it. good amount of protein and something that oesnt = bad ---- in my system. i alwase drink water. |

you gotta eat freaken animal protein dude. you are too healthy with the whole grain stuff. If you want to eat protein, literally eat high grade steak, skinless chicken breast, etc... eat LEAN meat... Eat like every 3 hrs if you are plannin on bulking up.

Yeah thats fine but this one

In my opinion it tastes better with milk but thats just my preffrence. I use skim because I drink alot of shakes so I don't want like 600 extra calories from milk a day. I've tried vanilla ice cream and strawberry and they're both very good. cookies and cream I've heard is hoorible. If you get some you also need a way to mix it, because no matter what the label says, it won't mix with a spoon. one more thing, take vitamins, just the regular one a days are fine. I try and find ones with out iron, less iron is shown to reduce risk of heart disease in men. they usually have a one a day for men. I just by the generic equvilent from k-mart. But pretty much any will work.

dude, go to costco. the ---- i buy is called "pro-rated 100% whey protein." ---- man, its $18 for 6lbs of that ----, and you dont even have to pay shipping! if you dont have a membership, ask one of your buddies/family/whatever that does and get that ----. if your gonna use creatine dont buy that flavored ----... just buy the pure ---- that you only need like a spoonful of, its also alot cheaper. mix it with powdered gatorade and you have basically the same ----, but WAY cheaper.

Kain go check out a book called Body for Life, I basically promotes a body builders life style both food wise and workout wise. Anyone can benefit from this book. It promotes HIIT training which is alot more effective than anyother methods. You should be eating 6 times a day and you should have atleast 1gram of protein for every pound you weight and more if your really building muscle like hotsex.

im mainly not looking to grow, im looking to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. i eat hella eghgs and hella protein shakes, ( expensive as ----) i just muight go to costco and get some of that ---- if its that cheep. |
