get your protein from a variety of food: nuts, fish, dairy, meat, eggs, chicken.. every food has something different to offer get a variety every day.
whey is required post workout with ~80-100g simple carbs (dextrose and/or malto, even gatorade will do) because obviously your body needs that protein pretty quick
b'fast it needs it prety quick so its ok then too

well im learning alot thats why i started this post..
i didnt mean to make it sound like i got it all from way.. i get 120 from whey, and between over 20, probably between 20 and 100 from foods like golean crunch, salmon, tunafish, and meat.
