another good shake is a few ice cubes, a scoop of strawberry, or other fruit flavored protein, some yogurt, either plain or strawberry, and some frozen fruit and blend it up.
I buy these bags of small frozen fruit the genric grocery store blend, for real cheap and it's enough to make 5 or ten shakes.
And it tastes as good as any milk shake I've had, damn I think I'm gonna make one now.

-2 packets of carnation instand breakfast powder (choco)
-1 heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter (the kind with the oil on top that you have to stir, not jiffy or krap i mean kraft)
-i banana
this is good for a pre or postworkout shake
this is a terrible pre workout shake and a terrible PWO shake.
complex carbs pre workout plz, moderate protein. not slow digesting casein.
post workout no milk, as i said before you need WHEY...in WATER. f*ck the taste its not important. and there are nowhere near the amount, or type, of carbs required for workout type conditions
i would strongly recommend avoiding this shake i could get a lot more technical, but i can't be bothered
