however, on the "you cant get big without spending money" part, that is 100% false. i know a boxer who ate nothing but tuna, salad, all natral food, (he pretty much stayed out of GNC) and he was pretty built. he wasnt "show quality" or anything but he was strong as ----.
and he was a broke mother ****** to.

best protein you can have is human meat... The next best thing would be to have any meat... animal meat probably have enough protein than what you need. Just eat like a steak or 2 chicken breasts. Definately more than enough protein for you big guy.

like for a normal day this is what i eat.
breakfast - Milk and some oatmeal.
inbetween - an apple
Lunch - All wheat home made bread sandwitch with turky, mustard, lettuce, and cheeze. with a piece of fruit.
Inbetween - a small snack of anything i can find
dinner, i dont know, it depends.
but thats about it. good amount of protein and something that oesnt = bad ---- in my system.
i alwase drink water.

you gotta eat freaken animal protein dude. you are too healthy with the whole grain stuff. If you want to eat protein, literally eat high grade steak, skinless chicken breast, etc... eat LEAN meat... Eat like every 3 hrs if you are plannin on bulking up.

is cheaper and my opinion better, it has more BCCAs. And yes you mix it with water or milk. In my opinion it tastes better with milk but thats just my preffrence. I use skim because I drink alot of shakes so I don't want like 600 extra calories from milk a day. I've tried vanilla ice cream and strawberry and they're both very good. cookies and cream I've heard is hoorible.
If you get some you also need a way to mix it, because no matter what the label says, it won't mix with a spoon. You obviously can use a blender, but I find it easier to use a shaker bottle.

one more thing, take vitamins, just the regular one a days are fine. I try and find ones with out iron, less iron is shown to reduce risk of heart disease in men. they usually have a one a day for men. I just by the generic equvilent from k-mart. But pretty much any will work.
