From my experience vdub fags as we call them are more about looks than anything. Not sure why he would want an intake mani with such long runners and no plenum on a car that makes good torque but suffers to rev.

i'm helping a local 17 year old kid "tOOn" his gt28'd passat, which he fabbed up and put together himself... everyonce in a great while there is some brand/sensor specific info on there, and i came upon that while searching. i fap to the eternal failure that is the 1.8t, not the vortex.

i hate VW kids, most of them are complete retards. ive noticed they are more interested in doing things to be "unique" then anything else. i remember a few years ago someone posted a link to some queer who painted his calipers burberry or whatever the ---- one of those faggot designer things basically he painted his calipers with a plaid pattern. i later found out he was local to me.

99.9% of the car owners here have nothing "unique" about there cars? who the ---- wants to drive something that looks exactly like everyone else. I'm not saying i condone getting some ------- body kit but damn to hate on every little thing is ------- retarded.

also please explain to me how the 1.8t is fail? throw rods in it and the bottom end is good for 500+hp? and thats fail? versus all the bullshit that has to be completely built here to make any amount of power? for more then a week. on a mild tune a 1.8t can make around 200whp and over 240wtq....yup that must be a shitty motor.
