My wastegate is weird 1 two,Its a internal and i made it adjustable,If there is not vacc line doesnt make a difference it will only rasie ,or lower boost manually buy the adjusta.Unless its not closing or opening?I hate wastegates i can never workout how they work.

I am having a similar problem. If I give it throttle it boosts to about 11psi and then I hear the wastegate open. It then bleeds off all the boost all the way down to 0psi untill I let off and then get back on the throttle then the same thing. The wastegate seems to stay wide open after it opens and won't shut untill I let off the throttle. I am using a 1g talon BOV and a 60 trim T3 with internal wastegate. Anyone had this problem where it bleeds off all boost instead of maintaining a set amount?

I am having a problem with what i think is my wastegate.. When i hooked up the vaccum to the top fitting, the wastegate stayed open at idle. WHen i changed it to the lower/side fitting the wastegate was closed. So I left it on the lower fitting and took it for a spin. Im spooling but not making any boost. (Tial 35mm wg) Is there something inside I can check to see why the wastegate is not closing when on the top fitting? ie is there anything that needs adjusting that i can check inside the wg? Please help.. and yes i have already checked for other boost leaks
