A threaded item in a smooth walled hole would not be airtight. Think about that for a minute...done?...moving on then.
  • Remove that screw/bolt
  • plub all ports/nipples on turbo
  • check wastegate seal
  • Run WG vac line to compressor housing, keep it short

Bouble check all charge pipe couplers. If you found multiple leaks already I can't imagine everything else is flawless.

where is that wastegate vacuum line hooked up to, i cant tell by the pics, you have the BOV done right, there shouldnt be anything hooked up to the smaller nipple (its not hooked up on my car).

We covered the smaller nipple on the BoV today, I guess it doesnt matter. We rehooked some lines to the brake booster line instead. Wastegate still going directly to turbo..

you need a damn dump tube that goes beneth the oil pan! with out a dump tube, fumes from wastegate get sucked into turbo=loss of power no boost, make sure your wastegate vaccume line is hooked to turbo compressor nipple if there is one, if not make your own anywhere from compressor b4 throttle body.

no... the smaller nipple can be connected but its not needed if u want, run a line from turbo to wastegate it (should be connected like this even if no bov is used) and T off the line and connect that to the smaller nipple... the larger nipple on the bov goes anywhere after the throttlebody vaccume. and you really should run a dump tube from wastegate under the car

check all your fernco worm-clamps to make sure they are tight. the nipple on the bottom of the wastegate should go strait to your turbo with the boost controller teed inline. ignore the top nipple unless you are using an ebc, you dont need to plug it. check your bov for leaks, have someone rev your motor and put your **** over it to feel for a leak. listen for ticking at the manifold. thats the sound of a pissed off leak. make sure all of your potential leak areas arent leaking.
