Turbo Oil feed question
Ok...I have a b16a3...going ot be running a t3/t4 .57 trim turbo at 6 psi....with a tiny 4'' high 27'' long 3.5'' thick intercooler.
I want to install an oil cooler inline to my turbo as well as an oil restrictor. How would I go about setting this up? I don't ahve the cooler yet, I was planning on getting a used tranny or oil cooler from ebay.
would It go: T-fitting connected to block--->oil pressure sensor--->line going from T fitting to oil cooler--->exit line from oil cooler to turbo with inline restrictor?
Would I run into any problems with fittings or oil pressure problems? (i heard that sometimes VTEC doesn't kick in with the addition of an oil cooler)

Re: Turbo Oil feed question
Damn I thought i was in forced induction....can a mod move this?
And damn again...I completely fucked up the post.
What I want is an oil relocation kit AND an oil cooler AND an oil restrictor....Ideally all inline to the turbo feed.
Thanks for the help though...

Re: Turbo Oil feed question
oil feed ---> oil cooler ---> resritctor ---> turbo
you could switch the cooler and restricter and it would make a difference.
i put it after because the oil would have more time to sit in the cooler that way.

Re: Turbo Oil feed question
I'd much rather see it run though the oil filter section. I just don't trust that small oil line to flow a bunch of oil. I got a summit oil filter relocation kit, and just put in an oil cooler in line with it. Works well.
