Default Oil feed review w/ Tunertoys Fitting & Stealthmode oil line

Lots of people already know how to do this, and what to get, but I figure I would take a few pics on the install.

1- Tunertoys 3way Steel fitting
1- 1/8th to -3an Adapter
1- 4ft of -3an stainless steel line
1- Stock oil pressure sender 1/8bspt

Heres a pic of the fitting installed, I normally always put the oil pressure sender on nice and tight on the fitting before I install it on the block, and reguardless of thread sizes and tapers, I always throw a little bit of thread sealant on all fittings. It never hurts. You can see this block is a JDM engine, with the external water (oil cooler) which seems to get in the way of things, so be sure to get a good angle of how you want your fitting to sit.

Now install your 1/8 to -3 adapter and your stainless steel line, I tend to route almost all my setups over the front timing cover, or just off to the side.

Enjoy

Jeff

Nice! My Stealthmode/Tuner Toys setup should be here anyday. I already got the Tuner Toys 14b drain flange. Nice stuff here. I can't wait to get my project started. I 'll have everything when this stuff gets here. Thanks for the detailed pics.

Thanks Jeff, I've needed that for a while now. My new kit will include the oil drain flange and connector to the -10 drain. The only way I would be able to improve the kit after that is to have the kit install itself. lol. It's coming really soon.

Jeff, we want a return line write-up. (Everybody bother him for this and then I'll have printable instructions) haha
