Default Oil pressure relief valve for turbo oil feed line?

Im needing something to reduce the oil pressure on my setup. The theory is running a relief valve of some kind doesnt put as much strain on the turbo seals. Im just not sure where sells these? I have a feeling I may have one in my garage, its almost a joiner with a smaller hole inside? Does anyone have a picture of one of these to confirm?

Much appreciated

Nick

does it matter if the oil restricter is put at the t fitting or at the turbo feed threads?

I've installed one directly on the turbo before, but I've never set any of them up that way for long periods of time, so I can't recommend it. I'm just unsure of the long term effects of the heat on the valve.

Is that a plastic lever on that valve?
I assume it's a standard ball type valve.
Run a real oil restrictor.
