how much does a rebuild usually run.. i think my turbo seals/rings are going?

i know there was somebody that sold t3 center cartridges for pretty cheap. actually i was about to make a post to find out who it was or where it was. if anybody knows post that ----, because my turbo it leaking oil out of one of the bolts
