Well.. this may be a little known fact, at least it was to me, that the, at least in newer Hondas, automatics have a different camshaft in them that actually lower the HP so th tranny isn't beat on so hard. Maybe that comes from research on the older engines...

I thought the automatics had a larger cam to overcome the loss of hp from the auto trans? I would contact level 10, i've heard the torque converter needs to be beefed to handle more than 170 hp. you can also adjust the cable from the trans to the throttle body and get it to shift sooner or later.

Interesting thought... I'll research it more, but so far, I've see that is where they pull HP as to not damage the tranny. But, it's definately worth the look..
If not for using an auto tranny, for myself going to use an auto Y8 head.. I'd rather not drop a new cam in if I don't have to..
