Hi, Wondering if anyone out there has a AUTOMATIC civic, turbo'd. Would like to speak to them regarding how much power/boost the tranny can handle. And how much boost the motor (stock) can handle.

I have a 95 SOHC VTEC civic with a Greddy turbo & manifold/ greddy intercooler/ Vortech FMU/ SARD BOV/ walbro fuel pump 255/Trust exhaust/magnicore wires/JG throttle Body////// (60,000 miles on motor) Boosting 5psi....I want to crank up the boost if its possible without blowing.

Hey man, you need to try and look into back issues of Sport Compact Car or any other import magazine for that matter...I've seen a few articles on turbo'd slushboxes...sorry I can't be more of a help, but I do what I can...peaaace

 

check turbod16.com theres a few guys on there runnin the same setup at 9psi........i think theyve got tranny coolers though.....but anyway their there.
