mine broke off in the block last summer i put in hand tight and gave it a 1/4 turn wit a wrench and it snaped off inthe block !!! but isome how got it out wit a ez out!

there was instructions with that ----? i remember putting one in my LSVTEC turbo but i dont remember instructions nor torquing that bitch down either... i just did the standard teflon/Hondabond (dont remember which) on the threads and tightened it till it stopped and gave it a little bit more, just like a sparkplug... correction i gave it as much as it needed for the fittings not to hit ---- (like the oil filter)...

The voice of reason strikes again.
The ones that fookle kept breaking were part of a batch that was to go to motorcylce? guys? I don't remember, but they got mixed in with ours. Long ago, and haven't heard of any issues since.

I thought I posted to this topic. Maybe I wass drunk and ended up hitting the wrong button. drink + interweb = ftl
Wrap it in teflon, but not past the threads - you obviously know teflon will clog ---- up easily. Get it hand tight, then go 1 full turn. If it leaks after the first 1-2 heat cycles, give it another 1/4 turn, repeat till it doesn't leak.
