the downpipe is a four bolt outlet to fit a turbine housing with a "long" neck. If you use a short neck turbine housing or any 5 bolt it's not going to work. It's designed to work with the kit.

The manifolds, it's almost impossible to get in touch with Autoboost, but you can give it a shot, they have an Ebay store. Treadstone will be offering a manifold very soon, cast in stainless steel I belive, as well as intercooler piping, B15 spesific IC mounting brackets, Billit MAF housing adaptors, ect. It's getting easier to boost a SE-R now.

id take a mr20de over a mr18de any day, same mileage plus 23hp more...

but a qr25de, if all this ---- bolts in place like a mr20 does in a mr18, then a qr25 should technically swap into a mr18's place.

ala 180hp nissan versa

and fyi, i had a question about the timing chains lasting the service life of the engine, got ahold of the nissan master tech/ASE certified mechanic in our garage, they do not need replacement if you are good with the oil change intervals. they have crazy ---- done to those chains to make them last indefinitely.

lol, I caught JD being dumb!

http://www.raceseek.com/honda_specs.htm

all b/d's use a 48mm con-rod bigend, and bearing width is between the gsr and b16 bearings. Not many people can decide if width is good/bad for a big motor, but we really know better. GSR bearings are smaller omg!

btw as far as one (of many) reasons you don't have to double cyl pressure to make double power (lets not get picky), you essentially increase the radians for which the stroke is making power. It makes more power for the same rotation, and for longer. Its in one of those turbo books I read a while back. They had a cool graph too, and I only read picture books like JD :1

ok i got to put this out there big j did no work on helping treadstone design the kit big j had his kit at which time my best friend was already talking to jason at treadstone who is the owner, about mass producing a kit for the public, at which point my friend david cummings found this dude here big j and set-upwith jason using his mani for a proto type, everthing else was done by jason and my friend david, not this fool that claims he designed the kit, the intercooler measurements were actually taken by me and david then e-mail to jason @ treadstone and fabricated in-house the real kit even comes with injector and a uni-reflash chip, so BIG J ur busted for lying i will inform jason as well as david or your statment here on the forum im sure a law suit will follow, and you were never sponsored

WTF are you talking about? The kit isn't even out on the market yet....... I have the production prototype parts at my house and the rest are on the way from Jason, they are modeled after my designs......................... David got in touch w/ treastone............. and then me and Jason at Treadstone got in touch through Dave...... Dave from Washington State, just got out of the Navy? I've still got his number, we just spoke a few weeks ago........ When was the last time you and Dave talked? How is it that the production pipe and the prototype look so much alike....... and how the ---- would I get the pictures?

YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE ---- YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT BEFORE YOU MAKE A FOOL OF YOUR SELF

If I ever meet you in person I'm going to kick you in the nuts (or the area where they should be, which in your case, might as well be the chin)

i actually just talk to him this last week about and he even mentioned your name as the mani donater, and stated the kit avalible just not complete, re read it slowly this time you just repeated what i said in different words, so you admit you worked this through dave and had no dealings with jason till dave introduced you two oh and the kit is avalible the only thing thats not ready is the uni-chip reflash, and i no way did i say you weren't involved in the kit i said you had nothing to do with the designed intercooler ---- the idea of the ss casting actually fell out my mouth to dave one night while drinking beers in the garage in oak harbor were dave was stationed, but the whole idea of producing a kit for the public was originally daves idea not yours
