The balance shaft tensioner just in front of the Timing belt pully is probably flush with the Timing belt pully, push it up and tighen the bolt back down. Or the bolt it self is bent and not allowing the bearings to sit flush against. You see what I'm talking about. If they are side by side it will allow walk. The crank pulley also helps the bottom end alignment but it get amplified as the belt travels counter clockwise.

i got a lot figured out last night and i accidentally put the cam caps from my other head on this head so im glad we caught that i was wondering why it was barely turning over! haha :1 and now i have it riding really nice and all looks good hopefully everything will get here sooN! so i can maybe start it but i dont think i will be able to since the guy coating my exhaust housing and manifold is going to mexico he wont get them done until he get back but this coating is the ---- here it is on my old black hatch and it never came off ever after 2 months of wooping on it!

and im doing that to my exhaust housing and manifold for my h22 setup

and what i picked up last night!
the fronts are 16x8's offset of 20 and mounted with M/T street slicks 255/50/16! hah i cant wait top see them in person
and the rears are 16x7 with bfg's on them for rollers!
