some more progress~ t4 boosted h22 eg updated and painted!!
runs like ---- something is not calibrated there is something missing in the " puzzle" im stumped. and getting it to idle is weird too.. oh well way way way different then an eprom. almost a pain in the *** if you arnt familiar with computers and im not haha so peace..
so got some ---- going and now its great!! but wont be for long as soon as i get on e85 but im going to the dyno in MN in less than 2 weeks! so im pumped need to get the brakes figured out! i think its the master/booster isnt big enough for the calipers. we will see! time for an alignment too!
okay not crazy! but on e85 and a nice tune for daily it layed 525hp and 405 tq at 21 psi

my injectors were maxed at 525 was going to throw a shot of nitrous on top but i will wait.. coolant was over flowing durning later runs.. not sure why.. need to figure out never once over heated..

check for HC in the coolant. might be lifting the head or something and or bad rad cap
had a old zc that started lifting the head on ARP studs. just twisted em down a little tighter, problem solved.

If thats all good i agree, try a radiator cap and a thourough burping of the coolant system. mine would spew too... got a good cap and bled it well.... NO more issues at all...

thanks a lot, well i put the studs in more than hand tight put an allen on them and gave them a few good tough turns and then torqued the head 40-60-80-85 what kind of cap you got? i have a mishimoto cap 16 psi i think. now i am also regretting not running the nitrous i would ahve better numbers but the turbo was getting to the max and didnt want to be greedy! haha
