should be able to find them on Ebay pretty easily. for now you need to pull some timing and keep that boost creep under wrap. im guessing obd2. check base timing, set it to around 12° and pull .75° per pound for the base, then just play w/ fuel to get the a/f close.

Yes, well I will make a new gasket and hold my boost on 0.6,0.7bar. This blown gasket was all my mistake. My A/F is tuned with Lc1 to 12 even 11.5 over 4000rpm but after 0.7+bars it starts to go over 13 even to 14 A/F so no wonder the gasket burned up. I become a litle greedy on the power. You always want more and more and my fuel pump is stock so there is no more yuice to push the power to bigger numbers. I will change the gasket and wait for the bigger fuel pump to be instaled. Then I will se if I can get te fuel deliverd for the 1bar.

rad flush then use good antiboil and distilled water
more fuel @ high rpms

use good front mount IC

Head bolts stretch when you torque 'em. Never re-use old ones. I'd have thought OEM one's will be fine unless you're wanting to run like 20 psi.

I hope your pistons are ok after that. pinking eats pistons for breakfast. Might be an idea to get your head crack-tested if you can.

So where did you get those 660cc injectors? I'm interested as I'm from Italy + am looking for injectors.

I got the injecors from USA. A frend of mine was in NY and managed to get a hand on 4x 660 from toyota supra, they were lean on supra so this guy changed them for bigger and i got them. Can i use head bolts from some turbo car if they are the same as myne?

ive reused the same head bolts twice already.. Once wehn I bent a rod and blew headgasket (hydrolock) and once when i broke timing belt. Not saying its reccomended, but it didn't hurt me.

anyway.. did you get the head milled when you blew first gasket. I thought you always had to re-surface head after blown gasket. (to me thats more important than headbolts)

reusing headbolts is stupid. just dont do it. its proven that they stretch and then tq values mean nothing. get new ones or buy head studs once.

I re surface the head every time, it is a must. I uset the same bolts. The original ones are not on stock at Honda shop in Cro. so I have to wait 30 days for them to arive. I will put new ones when I get the bigger fuel pump and when I manage to get 2mm head gasket. I will also trade K03 for K04 turbo so I will be abel to boost over 1bar.
I was thinking on using (for race days only) 12v water pump and make a 10L tank that will be filed with ice and cold water. I would connect the pump wiht hoses to the TB so the water cools the TB and intake manifold. Did any one tried to do that.
