Default oil problem

i just recently turbo charged my civic with a homemade kit and i had it on for about 3 days and i took it down the interstate and it was fine for about 5mins, then i got on it alittle bit harder, im running 7psi on a stock d16y8, it started shooting oil from the valve cover breather, i either thought it was the head gasket or the piston rings but im not sure does anyone know??

bad rings. It means that when your spark plug fires some of the pressure gets forced by a bad ring and into your crank case creating pressure that finds a way out. The only ways out are the dip stick and valve cover.

Open the oil cap and look for bubbles in the oil right after u turn it off.

could also try a compression test/ leak down test.
