Default idle problem -> solved but new problem!

im going to be putting my turbo on soon.. my safc 2 has been connected for 2 month and had no problems since..
today i dropped in my 450cc high impedance injs that i got from xenocron.. the turbo is not mounted yet so i set my settings
in the afc to -%40 all across. i fired the car and there was no problem but then i took it for a ride and the idle went crazy.
it climbs to ~1500 rpm and hits something like a fuel cut drops to 1450ish and then up again.. after a few minutes the idle returned to normal just a little lower than stock and was smooth but after some more driving the same thing happened again and again and again...
what do you think could cause this? im very upset at the moment because this is my daily driver..
also the car sometimes just dies out and when i try to start it again it takes quite some effort and sometimes i cant start it for a minute or so..
please help me out im desperate

if all you did was put in injectors check all the simple ----, make sure you didn't ---- with the throttle cable(sticking open), vacume lines, fuel leak, nocked a sensor conector loose. It has to be something stupid. good luck

i dont think its the throttle cable because the car sometimes sputters and bogs at ~1500 rpm while driving..
also its not something like idle because it goes upto 1550 bogs drops to 1450 and up again and it does this real quick

i forgot to mention that there is no problem after ~2000 rpm.. this is at lower rpms and it doesnt do it all the time.. five minutes normal ten minutes crazy idle..
one more thing i realized on the way home is: i had half tank of fuel but after 10 mile driving the gauge was showing nearly full.. does this have anything to do with a fuel leak??

ok guys i found out that the iacv was loose and was causing the high idle but one problem still persists...
in neutral when i step on the gas very little throttle is about %5 open the rev goes up to 1500 and hits spmething like a fuel cut..
its like: goes up to 1550 bogs drops to 1500 and 1550 again bogging and doing this repeatedly and quite quick...
and if i open the throttle more after about %10 throttle the revs start to climb again as normal..what could be causing this??
also i had retarded the timing at the distributor can this be the cause cause im not sure i did it right.. i just rotated the dizzy clockwise all the way ...
