I'm not boosting that high without fuel managment nignogs. :P I was wondering about low like 4psi until I get my other stuff. THEN fuel managment. I'm just going to hold off and wait to do it all at once. I asked because I thought I saw one of the Turbo Projects run no fuel managment at 4psi. Thanks for the help anyway fellas!

samson, you are ignorant to even ask this question.

go ahead and try no management on 4 psi, and you let me know what happens, make a video actually.

all the time spent harrassing csaddict on aim and you still have no clue...

time to break out the rope and han-gurself
you really have no business turboing a honda.

several people tell you you need management and the fact that it doesnt sink in shows me you lack common sense and possess no mechanical skill.

Here is a better shot of the charge pipes, very simple. Our first test drive the boost was going crazy. The wastegate actuator was all fucked up and jammed and would not move. So I came up with this idea. Why not just take the wastegate actuator off and put a small carb return spring holding tension against the wastegate flapper, then when boost hits it will force the flapper open? Well we tried it and it worked incredibly good. Boost was set right at 6psi. We used no fuel managment on this car.

This is why I asked.

No. Don't run boost with no fuel management. That's like having sex with a veteran prostitute without a condom.

The MAP sensor is going to see boost and throw a CEL. The injectors are already maxed out without the boost at stock fuel pressure. You're asking for trouble if you run no fuel management. If you're not going to take any advise that you don't want to hear, don't post questions.

As a rule of thumb, I always get the fuel management squared away, drive on it NA to make sure everything is in order, then install the turbo

Man. I said I was going to hold off and wait until I get the rest of my fuel managment stuff then boost. I listened to what everyone said. I'm just going to wait. I must not explained myself well enough or something, but yes I'm not boosting low boost without fuel managment I'm just going to wait until I get the rest of my stuff. Thanks guys.
