Default Need help... Here is a pic of my custom Manifold

Alright, the manifold is made but there is no opening to put the flange. Now, i need your help on deciding HOW to and WHERE and WICH way should I put the Td04 flange. It should be close to the middle, between middle and far right (front view) to clear the turbo clearance. But the thing is, those 90deg and Tees are round, making it very difficult to weld the flange directly without having a kinda neck-to-flange style... Any suggestion is welcome.

Thanks
real pics soon

Thanks Phresh_5.. it does help a lot.

For the others.. the pipes a Butt to Butt weld pies, schedule 40 thickness and carbon steel type. You can get them at mcmaster.com or find a local plubing distributor (home depot and all the other little plumbing stores barely has them ).

The flange, well, it's up to you to find out where local or you can buy at cheapturbo.com but it's expensive.
