My OBD2a Accord ('96) has a resistor box. Check for one under your hood.

Do i need a resistor box for standard Blue Top DSM 450cc's?

I read on PGMFI that OBD2 cars dont come with a resistor box since stock honda injectors are saturated...then again, someone stated that my car comes with it...since its obdII b

Is this true?

Or do i NOT need a resistor box to run these injectors since a 99 accord?

Also, will i have to get different clips? Or will the 99 accord clips fit the dsm 450cc bluetops?

thanks guys.
