Has anyone heard anything about being able to swap the rsx-s turbo manifold onto the new accord 4 cylinder engine, seeing as both engines are k-series? I'd be interested to see any articles about boosting the new accord. If anyone has driven one, they need some more power with out spending the extra 10g's to get the v6 manual.

is no one looking to be a pioneer and step foot into a new turbo project? I want to be one of the first to boost the 7th gen accord. Someone help me out with some info.

hmmm.. you would think that all the K series would share the same manifold, have you tried to search for answers on Honda Tech?

not all k series manis are the same and interchangeable. the best artical i have seen yet on the diffrences is in the new honda tuning. get it and youll be happy. its a 5 or 6 page artical about the diffrences in the k series motors

oh yah i saw that one too.. i believe they mentioned something about EGR.. element and crv maybe? TSX?

but onyx is right, they are not all the same. but they should be similar enough to modify it fairly painlessly.

make your own manifold? just a sugestion. are there any aftermaket kits available yet? i know homemade is the best, but you said is it possible...

also, try to look at the 2 exhaust mani gaskets, and see if they are the same.-they line up the same. just go to the honda dealer and ask if you can see the 2-

im sure if the place is not busy, they will help you out.

It's going to be a while before the K series catches the turbo fever.. soon as the prices drop you can expect to see lots and lots of options.

it is, anything new is expensive. hell the mount kit and axles push around 6-1k.
