Which he obviously isn't doing, why even mention "don't be a fag and ---- it up?"

i wouldnt "hog" anything out, you will kill your port velocity and actually lose cfm.

From what I understand if you go nuts on the intake side (which i haven't touched) you kill velocity and actually create lag.. But if I hog the crap outta the exhaust side it will help to spool quicker.

any advice?

It's a D-series, smallest ports in the world. Just don't go changing the shape of the port too much and you'll be fine.

I would just leave it stock if it was me, people have made more power than you want to/will with stock heads.

Might of went a little crazy with the bur. ;) Just port out to the carbon marks form the gasket, and don't touch the port floors other than to smooth out casting flash. Most the gains will be in the valve throat, bowl, and short side radius. The ports themselves are plenty big.

depending on how heavy your car is going to be in the end and how you can drive it, a 14b with slicks running around 15 psi and tuned can get you to the 12's.

i personally think the tb25 will hurt you though.

looking good, except i think you may have went a bit crazy with that exhaust port myself.

keep it up!
