detonation at idle?
Have you tried richening fuel? leaning? changing timing at idle?

What are you using for fuel management? AFC? I swear to god I think mines detonating at idle but I nod it off as belts or those new fuel injectors. It doesn't sound quite the same as when I had my other motor detonating

 

I seriously think that at idle you're just hearing your valves tapping..

 

Yeah, I also noticed that the DSM injectors are way louder than the stock Honda ones. That could also be what your hearing.

oh yeah, you open the hood you can hear the injectors clicking I love it

 

that marble sound isn't always detonation.
i have it all time in my car.
It's the vavle train springs are a bit soft...
