its a bitch to clock those used turbos. i've clocked 2 already. what seems to work for me so far. is take off all the bolts that you can.. then there should be 2 thats in the way.. i just loosen those as much as i can.. and cut the head of them with a hacksaw. then i just hammer it back and forth and side to side.. then the housing pops off.. and turn it to where ever you want and put the bolts back in. just have to buy 2 new bolts

is it totally necessary to remove the internal wastegate when clocking? ive heard some can be moved so they still work. what bout a t3 garret like this- http://www.turbocalculator.com/sale-garrett.php

The T25 with the C clip usually has a pin as well to make sure it goes together in the right way and will not rotate once it's assembled. You will either have to push the pin out a couple of mm or make a new notch on the center cartridge to accept the pin in it's new position. I prefer the latter
