ok do i have to have an adjustable wastegate or can the stock actuator be adjusted.

its reallly not that hard to stay out of boost.. i dont see what the problem is? just dont push the pedal down all the way

no it's not that hard at all. if you really can't handle foot control, and internal, do this:

Why not just leave the flapper unhooked, the exhaust should be enough to blow it open.

I agree with the break em in hard and they run hard train of thought
when v2 gets put in, this is what will be happening with it... start it up let it run till its fully warmed up. check for leaks and ----. maybe do a compression check after that warm up, take it for a trip around the block. then park and make appointment with tuner and dyno to break that ---- in proper with quick street pump gas refresh then some C16 dyno action.

i wouldnt suggest even starting the car if it didnt have a wideband on it though...

yeah good idea. i didnt think of that.

the other idea i was just thinking of right now was to just let the boost bleed off before it gets to the throttle body and right after the intercooler.
but i do think the flapper idea is better.

no, not a better idea, you'll have no way to really measure how much boost you are making, you could easily overspin the turbo.

disconnecting the wastegate prevents more than a few pounds (depending on the size and displacement) to ever be built.
