I'm not saying what I said I'd true. I have no plans of trying to prove any of what I said. It was just a thought I had that seemed to make sense.

i see what your saying and somewhat agree but if you get your car tuned then it is all accounted for and is taken care of w/ whatever regulator you have. basically if your car is running at the proper a/f ratio at w/e psi of boost then all is well.

are we at stock MAP when boosting? No! Therefore we are not at stock fuel pressure. A aftermarket 1:1 fpr keeps a more steady fuel pressure at higher rpm's ie at higher boost. it also makes the motor run smooth and a bit quiter at idle.

the more i think about it then less i think its needed. i have a feeling that trying to squirt fuel into 20psi of air is not near as hard as trying to squirt fuel into a container of 20psi fuel. i hope that makes sense. i think air and liquid act completely different under pressure so the air doesnt affect the fuel like i thought it did originally
