just my 2 cents.
Well the warrenty is just up on mine. So thats not a consern. Also Its a toyota, There Petty damn reliablle. As Far as the comments of them being useless I Also have to respectfully disagree, I've towed more than one car thats broken down with my tow strap, packed more into it than any small car should have in it and I still get an average of 33 in city miles per gallon while doing that plus more. I actully had a truck that I sold to buy the xB, and as far as I've noticed You either Love them or hate them, again thats a personal thing. Im not looking for a ---- ton more power, so a the whole "get something more powerful" argument is kinda old, whats the real option?, I mean you move to a SUV or truck, you loose gas milage and *** room. And Like a stated before I don't want/need another peiced together car suck as a swapped civic (that I have already said I have). Im not asking for your opion on the vehical, or what you think I should do, unless its about how to go about boosting it, safe, sound and affordable.thanks

AEM FIC if you have to worry about emissions testing, standalone if you dont. Avoid the e-manage weaksauce.

thanks man, I've heard bad things about emanage. I think I figured out that I can use the larger injectors from the TC, as far as everything else, that'll just be some R&D I think.

XB= Scion = Toyota = VVTI = Pain in the ***

welcome in a world that you never wanted

the best solution (for me)

additional injector setup +Power Enterprises Camcon VVTI controller

or

swap a B20 ;-) and call it ,,Monster Garbage,, um Garage

---- yeah toyota motors last. My lexus es300 (3.0 Toyota motor) lasted 285000miles before finally starting to burn coolant, and even then I still drove it to school for 2 more months until I sold it. Salvage title, 285000 miles, everything is fucked up except for the stereo for $1500.

The problem with Toyotas has never been engines, (with the exception of the failure M series) its always the retarded wiring design, and the fact that you will chase electrical gremlins on any toy older than 10 years for the rest of its life.

Been doing some homework on the FIC, and it seems to be a fairly easy thing to wire in, but actual tuning might have a bit of a learning curve. I plan on using one on my 951, just because I want to keep it as 'stock' as possible and retain wiring/sensors for resale.

FIC seems to be the trick for Scions though. No Check Engine lamp worries and such. As with anything not stock though, there will always be bugs.

Poke around here for abit.

Pretty impressive for a piggyback.
