are you making a intake manifold/intercooler in one? my intercooler on the racecar is fairly thin wall as well but it hasnt been a problem, im sure now that i said that it will explode just sitting in the car with my luck

 

I am doing both an intake manifold and intercooler in the large flat sections (sides) I am going to put 2 1/2" rods welded in to keep it from blowing apart (50 psi boost on big s471 turbo or 35-40 psi on gt47r)

Wow looking great.Is there a comercially available adapter plate for the TH400?Are you the first to build a full on drag S2000?

 

the plate will be commercialy aviable once we put it up for sell lol
as far as I know I am the only one build a real drag only car
