i still need to add the wastegate on the d/s header, otherwise it is done. the downpipe is being a real ---- because it has to go under the m/c and then between the steering rod and the frame rail. it is going to have to be 2 piece, possibly 3. the p/s will be a cake walk in comparison. the car is a 1980 z28. he's aiming for 900whp. making the collectors was just retarded because just one single 2" pipe is big enough to cover the inlet on the t3 flange. i wanted to use 1.5" pipe, but the customer was adamant about using 2". :P there will be no intercooler on this setup. alcohol injection ftw!

In that setup, imho would have added the wastegates right to their respective turbine housings. For two reasons: You obviously don't have a ton of space to work with, and two, it would be the best path for flow, in this design, as far as letting off the pressure from each primary equally.
Also fwiw, turbine housings actually take weld quite nicely, just weld it off the turbo obviously... :1
