i just need to know, how the hell do you weld on the inside of the head flange and the runners, how small is your damn tig torch.

actually, my torch is pretty fat with the gas lense on it... but because of the gas lense, you can pull the tungsten out of the cup about 1" without too much loss of shielding gas around the puddle. i also have a longer narrow gas lense cup that i can actually pull the tungsten out of about 1.5" if i really need to in tight spots. i'll take more pics on the next manifold i do.
