the customer provided most of the materials for the charge piping and some for the dp, i just put it all together.

no triming required on the front mount:

What can those oddball B20's handle stock wise? I'm a closet lude fan of the 3rg gne ludes. Is he just running no fans cause it looks like there isn't any in there as the turbo looks to stick straight out from the engine and takes up alot of dead space that way?

They can probably hold as much as a B18B "stockwise", maybe a little more due to lower compression? B21A1s are like the H-series and C-series with their faggoty FRM sleeves, though, so those become a bitch to build without sleeving.

i've got a jig for the manifold dave, but not the dp... the dp is pretty basic though and lots of room to do it. i'm probably going to make a couple mani's up when industrial stuff gets slow... that might be a while though. :P

what order do you put the manifold togeather to weld all of the tight joints?

i tacked runner #1 together, then built the collector, welded completely inside and out, then re-tacked the #1 runner back on and put it in the jig, tacked runner #3, welded as much as i could on that runner, then did runner #2, tacked and welded, then runner #4 tacked and welded, then went back to runner #1 and welded it complete, then welded the head flange joints outside and inside. the wastegate was added afterward.

umm since you have a jig already setup how much would you charge for another manifold, I am currently running a log with a holset and plan on upgrading soon, especially since I am doing forged pistons and rods, yadda yadda, I am just trying to get my ducks in a row for the new setup, right now I am untuned and am going to the dyno once I get all my gremlins sorted out.

Anyways thanx buddy
