straight up awesome. 2.3 turbo's are sick, i remember seeing some guys mustang that had a holset and he was trying to put a volvo head on it, but never updated the site. Awesome work, beats paying the $2500 something for a good aluminum head right? What t belt did you end up using?

I think you're talking about Stackz (from turboford.net) - he's been busy with school/work but he's updated his site on a somewhat regular basis. His engine is all built up (bottom end with correct 16v relief pistons and stuff...) so he's kinda doing it the "right" way - i'm just trying to see if this thing will run and make decent power before I dump a holy assload of money into it (not that I haven't already. :1)

Oh yeah, and it's a 4G63 timing belt.. I had planned to use one from a 3.0 SOHC Stealth, but I figured it's be a lot easier to find a decent (Kevlar?) belt for a DSM, so I rerouted it a little and made a new tensioner.
