Show tow? Naaaah. This thing gets driven (ermmm.... pushed?) wherever it goes. It's got a bumper on it, too.
Anyway! It's time for another round of updates. The engine is finally running, all that's left before I can drive it are to mount the battery and alternator, fill up the coolant, and maybe build a little more exhaust.
Intake side. Still need my BOV.
Exhaust side.
Cossie intake manifold with a 65mm throttle body from a Clown Vic.
New FPR... Aeromotive. Don't screw around with OBX... that other FPR didn't even have a vac reference port! :1
Octopus o' wiring!
Megatune... kinda blurry, but it's idling around 650 rpm.
Interior... I dunno why I took this picture. :1

definately the coolest project ever. I love how you have one sweet jdm mandrel bend going to the intercooler, and the one going to the throttle body is a HMT'd whitey bend.
Your using ford edis system with megasquirt? How hard was that to setup? I've been crusing the megasquirt forums to see if i could get it to work for my buddies mk III supra, but from other peoples experiances... it didnt seem too easy

It's not a whitey bend! I just cut a mandrel bend in half, turned it back against itself, and welded it together. Didn't have a chance to grind the welds yet... and I might just leave 'em.
EDIS is friggin simple to set up with MS - the ignition will spark on its own. Hook up the PIP and SAW (input and output for your timing, respectively) to the Megasquirt and you're good to go. It's pretty much a standalone ignition system... guys on msefi.com have an EDIS testbed with the wheel mounted on a mill.

Ahh! Dead links!
Since I went around to EVERY forum I'm on and posted that video and all these pictures, I've been drawing WAY too much bandwidth. Apple shut my site down until the 16th, I guess. :1
