Careful of mounting the MS in a glove compartment. If it vibrates too much, the timing crystal can die. I hope you put some O2 safe RTV under the crystal to help stabilize it.
The only downside of EDIS with MS is that you cannot cut spark as part of the rev limiter (if you set a rev limiiter). Cutting just fuel on a boosted application can be very detrimental to the motor.

The dash in the XR doesn't vibrate much at all... maybe a little more with the poly motor mounts, but it's not much at all. I should put some RTV under the cystal, though. I didn't have any RTV handy when I built the board. 
That twin turbo engine is Hal's. He's a madman and has the coolest Mustang SVO on earth... Cobra IRS, some sorta cooling fans n ---- under his gas tank, HEY-UGE tires, badass...

Great updates, been following your setup for a while now. CONGRATS!!! Sold my Megasquirt Extra v2.2 but wondering
something. Would the Megasquirt work on a coil over plug ignition system? The reason I ask is because the motor I will
be using is the ST215 Caldina motor with multi coil (4 coils and coil where the spark plug are). Have a great day.

We just went through that same problem with no advance..., ended up being a incorrect edis jumper wire on the board(and he bought one that was assymbled).
Sounds good at idle though
