because you started with buy a damn cooler. um i had already decided on building one. so no i'm not buying one. i will stick with my air cooled over buying a expencive cooler. way more importent things to buy then waste money on that.

i said i had used ck brand torches for years. but kept getting nagged to upgrade to water from this old welding guy that helped me learn to weld.

now i had a damn good idea how to build one, but being HMT i figured someone would have built one. but you wouldn't shut up about buying one.

I get it you think that would be a better choice, but again i say i didn't make a where to buy a cooler thread.

so your whole opinion on the matter is moot. at leist agree on that ----. then you say i don't want to hear advice?

advice about what? i never asked for advice on if a should or shouldn't build one. you just jumped in. You getting what i'm thowing down, or are you dense?

so how about we just drop it, for ---- sake.

To expand on that, TIG torch coolers run high PSI pumps to compensate for what the maximum head is that the pump may possibly see.
You've got companies who are selling pumps that ABSOLUTELY MUST 100% WITHOUT FAIL keep torches cool that may see 50-100' of line, and may be a story or two above the unit.

Provided that turboD doesn't plan on doing welding far above the pump whilest making a manifold.... Moot point.

It doesn't take me 3 years to turbo a car either. It takes me 3 years to completely rebuild a car from bumper to bumper though. Hows the CRX coming?
