alright, well i have my turbo, mainifold, 440's, downpipe, all the other piping, wastegate, and intercooler. Now it is time for the managment, and i am looking into getting this. I would just like to know any other parts i would need if i plan on running about 6psi on a daily driver.

do i just need the software? what about a burner? anything else?

and how would i tune my own car with this

P07 is wierd. Lazy/intermittant VTEC engagement, etc. They have a second processor to control DSP for the WB02, and (my theory) when you chip with non-P07 code you remove all the programming that tells the main processor how to communicate with the secondary one which causes all sorts of wierd actions.

I've never bothered chipping one, to be truthful. From the types of complaints I hear regarding them, I'm half certain you could run regular non-VTEC programs, but take that with a grain of salt.

i am in the process of dumping the p07 rom as we speek (type or whatever)
once i get a few issues i am having worked out, i should have it posted on pgmfi with in the next few days.

i think people may start using the p07 for more than just spare parts.

The H-T thread is a little old. Did he ever come up with a VTEC program?
