TurboED9 pretty much covered it all.

However, I would like to clarify on the Xtronic's ROMulator... it's supposed to be a decent unit, I just loathe their glitchy Pocket Programmer chip burner. They foisted that thing off on the market for three years before they got around to fixing it. You won't find a better deal on a chip burner than Batronix... as far as a ROMulator or EPROM emulator goes, Xtronic's product may or may not be the best bang for the buck - I have no firsthand experience with it.

hey guys when using the ls pr4 does the vtec part can be added???........since the pr4 is non vtec i'm guessing it can be added ??? ;D

Heh, most people don't normally catch the ED/EF part. Oh well.. maybe one day when I'm overpaid and underworked I'll own an EF.. ;D

ahhhhhhh just give me a damn carb!!!!! lol 900 lbs of boostt and theres no computer to confuze.. impossible to get a good fuel setup though. i'm so confuzed. is this and easy product for newbies to pick up ang get basic results out of?

i wanted to run a S-afc, i knew that but didnt know what else i'd neeed. is this an a S-afc sufficient? mechanically my motor will be up to par

no i was refering to electronics changes... just uberteg software and a S-afc is all i'd need to modify the electronics?

if your getting uberteg's software, you don't need an afc, however if you are getting just the chip, you may want an afc to fine tune, but it would be cheaper just to get uberteg's software and a chip burner, so no, all you need is uberteg, i'll sell you an afc for cheap though if you really want one ;)
