ok guys i was using 1.20 and things were cool
then the laptop i had it on (my friends ) took a ----!
ok so i got a new laptop and downlaoded 1.4.8 and xeno got me hooked up wiht the registration


so i tuned my car and a friends car wiht it and the problem is everyting works nice except there is a CEL for no reason and a lumpy idle
today i made a new bin i oped 1.2 crome and made a base map and it idles way better and no CEL (this is in my frinds car 93 ex d16z6 boost on ihi 324cc inje from mazda 626)
im about to do this to my car tomorrow..
has anyone had this kind of issues please let me know thats guys

 

What was the CEL for? Did you even check?

I tuned a car with 1.4.8 and didn't have any of those problems.

If it's causing you problems, then just go back. It's a no brainer. The current version is a beta, so it's not going to be completely stable as a final release.

 

ya i shorted the conector no code just stays turns off for a split second and goes back on and stays liike that lit forever.. ya so do u know where i can downlaod a version just before that one cuz my 1.20 dont have lanch contorl and those cool extra features..

 

Those extra feature you have to download separate on anything before 1.4.x

thanks i down loaded the 1.4.8 straight from crome web site and this one is humping and jumping!

just the check engine shift light dosent seem to be working i set it up and everyting overally im happy launch control works so cool and no random cel and nice idle..

 

gurrr this ---- is acting up.. cel for now reason appeared after a day of operation so i just was listing to musics whit the ignition on then decided to start the engine and the cel came on and no code so i started a new bid only in p30 code and modified the rpm scalars and pasted gsr maps in there and added extra features and this ---- now was not revving pas my LC limit of 4k when im driving.. wired ---- cuz whne i put my stock p72 in it runs like a chanp.. this is in the other car 93 eg6 w b18c1 swap


bottom line i must be doing some ---- wrong can anyone please point me to a link or something where the crome user manual is located ive been searching and im tired and cant find it.. thanks... i looks on ------------- and cant seem to loacate it ive loooked here on hmt engine management forum and dont see it..

You're most likely not removing check sum routine.
